I have worked with top venture builders like Coplex, transformed an Enterprise Resource Planning system for a Delta Dental company, and led as a Startup Grind director, powered by Google.
I’m currently at Turo, where I’ve helped deliver more than $36M in incremental business impact by leading a multi-year vision for Discovery & Booking, shipping measurable wins in search, browse, filters, traffic, price clarity, and checkout. I also lead the Turo France design team (Traffic & SEO), and was responsible for running cross-team ceremonies through organizational transitions, and helped integrate global design into HQ—ensuring smoother collaboration and roadmap alignment across the Guest Domain.
Before Turo, I redesigned a legacy ERP system at Delta Dental into a modern web app, boosting engagement 40% and saving ~4 hours per user weekly, while delivering 12 modular product lines and building a design system adopted across sister companies.
Alongside my product work, I’ve served as a Product Design Advisor at Mobbin and ZenBill, tackling industry-wide challenges in wayfinding, SEO, and design systems. .I thrive at the intersection of vision, craft, and leadership—building human-centered products, mentoring emerging talent, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver solutions with lasting global impact. As a design lead at a Delta Dental Enterprise, I applied design best practices to deliver high-quality solutions for essential business management modules. I was directly responsible for design initiatives of 12 product lines which were shipped successfully in collaboration with cross-functional teams. As a result, we transformed the legacy software with rich data and logic to a modern, intuitive web application which increased employee engagement by 40% and saved an average of 4 hours/week per active business user.
Meghdad developed an extensive user component library that provided interface patterns that could be applied to standard use cases. The library was extensive and well documented. It is in use today, and I anticipate it will serve us well with our future projects. While developing this library, Meghdad gathered requirements from business and technical users and successfully crafted designs that are compatible with our development library.
